Daily Retreat Schedule

DAILY SCHEDULE:

Friday evening:

4 pm and on - welcome, tours of the site and accommodations and tent spots, set up camp, drop off waivers, get settled, meet in the DOME for 7 pm

7 pm - 8 pm silent guided meditation - be prepared to transition to a SLOW forest pace and open your senses, followed by a forest bathing/silent very slow sensory walk departing the DOME at 7 pm or join in if you see us (to help decompress, focus, slow us down to forest speed!) followed by sharing of nature observations

8 pm - 10 pm SOUNDSCAPES LOUNGE in the DOME to relax, read, talk to your neighbour, or just hang out in the dome with local ambient sound musician Ali Kahn

10 pm bonfire and bring your stories or instrument

Saturday:

730-9 am coffee and tours

9-1015 am yoga in the Dome with Colette

10:15-12 free time on your own (walks, go to Arnes market, anything….)

12-5 teachings in the Dome - bring your camp chair!

6-7 Potluck in the Dome - bring your maybe primarily vegetarian dish and serving utensils and your own plate and cutlery! Includes sharing or contents of your dish for allergies. gluten etc.

8 or so - guided nature walk on the land for 1 hour leaving the Dome and walking the trails

9 or so - bonfire, sharing, stories, music, drumming

Sunday:

730 am coffee

8-915 am yoga in the Dome with Colette

915-10 free time/pack up/breakfast/chill time

10-3 teachings in the Dome - bring your camp chair!

3-4 pack up/chill time/individual exploring/departing
